New Member Sign-up Information

Different Membership Tiers: 

We currently provide two different tiers of membership you can choose from:

Parcel Receiving

Our first option is our Parcel Receiving service. For just a $15/ year flat fee, and $3.50*/ parcel, you can save money on shipping, access products that may not be sold in Canada, and have access to all in-store amenities(Packing Materials, Overnight Lockers, Tape, Packaging Disposal/ Recycling, etc.).

Mailbox Holder

Our premium membership option is $12/ month**. This includes all of the perks of parcel receiving, plus; receiving letter mail(with 24/7 access to your mailbox!), $3.00*/ parcel receiving fee,  letter mail forwarding(extra fee, and at your request or periodically), and many more!

Fun Fact: If you get more than 24 parcels a month, renting a mailbox pays for itself in parcel receiving savings, and that's not even taking into account additional perks!

Signing Up:

Signing up is fairly simple. Firstly, create yourself an account on our website. When you come in store for the first time, we will need a couple things from you. The post office requires a filled out USPS 1583 Form accompanied by two pieces of ID(One being a Drivers License, and the other can be any other form of ID, a passport being the most common second form). If you are signing up for a letter mailbox, we will also need you to fill out the Mailbox Application Form. After that, you’re golden!

*These parcel prices assume that the parcel is less than 30lbs and 22"x22". 30-50 lb parcels are $5.50 50-99lb parcels at $7.50 and 100+lb parcels are $1250. We also receive freights, which would be $30-35. For more info, check out the Parcel Receiving page on our website.
