Info on Retrieving Mail from Post Office

Thank you for your interest in getting us to pick up mail from the Post Office. We would love to help! It's pretty straightforward....Here are the steps involved.

1) You would send us a letter of authorization to pick up your mail from the Post Office. Just a couple of sentences such as "I ______ authorize Mail Boxes international to pick up my mail at box __________. Sincerely ___________"
2) Sign up an account on www.mbistore.com and pay the $10 annual fee. This will set you up in the system with us so we have your information for forwarding mail and allow you send parcels here for pick up if desired. Please note there is an additional $10 fee for each time we go to the Post Office to pick up your mail. To save this, you can sign up for a Mail Box membership with us and get your mail sent straight here. The advantages of setting up a Mail Box with us include
          1) We can forward mail or parcels
          2) Save $10 versus any subsequent pick ups from the Post Office.
          3) We don't have limits on how long we will keep mail. See our website for information on parcel storage.

3) We forward mail to an address of your choice according to the three letter-mail-only options we have. We can send up to 2 lbs. of mail to the lower mainland:
FedEx Priority (normally 1 day) $55

USPS (1-3 weeks) $45

You would let us know what works best for you and call in w/ CC or add funds to your account by logging in at www.mbistore.com
